FURU COFFEEHOUSE는 커피하우스의 손글씨 간판과 메뉴판에서 영감을 받은 디스플레이 활자체이다. 손으로 그은 획의 리듬감과 조판 활자의 정연함을 동시에 담아, 따뜻하면서도 정돈된 인상을 만든다.

단일 웨이트로 설계되었으며, 헤드라인과 로고타입, 패키지 등 표정이 필요한 자리에 적합하다. 균일한 굵기 안에서도 자형마다 미묘한 리듬을 살려, 한 문장 안에서도 손끝의 감각이 살아나도록 조율되었다.

〈별시소체〉는 아르민 호프만의 그래픽 시스템을 응용하여 제작한 서체입니다. 세벌식 탈네모꼴 구조로 구성된 기하학적 구조가 특징으로 한글 자음, 한글 모음, 영문, 숫자, 문장부호, 심볼까지 총 11,332자로 제작되었습니다. 획이 만나며 좁아지는 부분이 반짝이는 느낌을 줍니다.

총 6가지의 구조로 이루어져 있으며, 조합형으로 제작되어 아르민 호프만의 시스템을 바탕으로 한 각 구조마다 다른 높이와 너비로 구성되어있습니다.
